The new timetable will be on the news section today.

If you would like to enter the Duratec race as a Pinto Invitation and you are doing the Pinto or Historic race then you get a £100 discount on the entry fee.

On the Duratec front I'm keeping my fingers crossed to see the RAY out and hope Bert sorts out the problems with the new Juno so we can see him out with us soon.

We do need more Historic cars out if we are to continue with a stand alone championship though.

Enjoy one of the UK's best tracks and if the weather is anything like the A1 GP meeting its going to be fantastic.

Latest list below, Pinto's looking great with 30 and possible more on the way. The Duratec's are well on the way to hit 30 soon and pleased to say the RAY will be out for Donington and the new Carbir is out next month. . Historics, well we need more.....

Its great to welcome two new boys on the grid for our Doni race Agi Eugenio and Barry Davison, enjoy a great track.

Hope you get better soon for Doni Nic as a sore head on stress day is not good....

Colin,

What have you done to upset the weather gods....just looked at the forecast for Sunday and it's 'light rain', Donie is renowned for being slippery in 'light rain' due the amount of avgas dumped on the circuit from the planes.

Looking forward to one day driving my Lola in the dry!!

Still weather looks OK for tomorrow.

Well we did have sunny weather at the A1 GP, but the good news is if they are predicting rain now then its bound to change by the time Sunday comes!!

Wet and greasy at Donington at the end of last year, wet and greasy at Silverstone, wet and greasy again this weekend....

As least we are all well practiced!

On a serious note, at the Donington race last year a bunch of disreputables waited for the pinto race when everyone was on the pit wall rather than in the garages and stole some valuable items (a bag, a bike and a laptop that I know of). The guys at Donington security said it was not uncommon.

Just remember to lock things in cars/trailers this weekend when they are not supervised. Sad that this happens but that unfortunately is life!

By now most of you will know that someone stole the contents of my tool box over Saturday night at Donington. Having nothing much else to do on Sunday, I did some reserch and found that there is an emense problem with theft at this circuit going back years. Almost everyone I spoke to has either lost something or knows someone who has, including the ladies in Race Control who lock up their handbags.
I reported the theft to the Police and they have just phoned me again (its now Monday). The copper confirmed that they get reports of theft every week from Donington Park whatever the event- cycles stolen at cycle events, motor bikes all the time, tools, computers, phones, you name it, even cars and vans (ask Chris Snowdon).
I must have spoken to twenty people who know there is a problem, funny that the two blokes from Donington security denied there was any sort of problem.
If we are in the garages, we need keys.
You have been warned- twice.

upuntill this weekend i had no idea this even happend at race tracks. from what i heard i assumed it was locals during the day getting the stuff, bet it seems to go deeper than that

it totaly ruined the weekend as i was scared to leave the garage and to be honest i dont think id want to go back there

seems the owners are just out to make a quick buck
