Licenses are simply cards with the sanctioning body logo and a statement of the type of license - regional, national, vintage, super-license. Not much to tell from them. The best thing would be to get the licensing requirements from each sanctioning body. Most requirements are recency of experience. All require a variation of observation before issuing but all have their own requirements. Being a non-racer this year allows me (too) much free time to browse the various forums, including the USA! It seems, from what I can tell, that they might be in danger of losing their National status as a class within the SCCA. Now, there's many ideas being promulgated (big word, eh!) on the way to fix this, but one less obvious thought occurs.......
