I do like to know whats going on around me on the track (unlike some others I have seen recently) and I have got the same mirror fitted on the Tigas too.
When out in the rain at Silverstone on a new-to-me circuit and with the much faster Duratecs blasting past me I was very glad of it.

However, seeing past them is a real issue. My Swift had one when I got it, and I had to look round the damn thing through Graham Hill bend at Brand Hatch, as it completely obscured the apex as you turned in. Swiftly (sic) ditched it in favour of a second small mirror on the left hand side. Our American cousins love them.
